Your Body Wants To Heal, We Will Help You Get There.

We will take a careful history and perform physical assessments to rule out any serious conditions.

Hip pain often leads to muscles switching off or overcompensating, which can affect posture, movement, and even make things worse over time.

We will assess how your muscles are working and identify if any muscles are being disrupted by protective signals from your nervous system.

These protective signals can sometimes reflect the pain you feel in your body. This is your body’s alarm system. Sometimes that alarm keeps ringing even when there is no danger.   We aim to enable your nervous system to realise its safe again, allowing muscles to relax, movement to return and pain to fade.
