Kate Yeoman is a Physiotherapist and Founder of Sigma Physiotherapy. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Science & Injury, going on to complete her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, resulting with a chartered status.
Her 9-year career as a competitive swimmer fuelled her ambition to understand how to treat, rehabilitate and train athletes. She believes you can overcome any injury or psychological barrier with dedication, and a positive attitude.
Kate focuses on blending biomechanics, pain science, and foundational strength and conditioning principles to provide a unique approach to treating patients. Kate has come to understand that treating the area of injury only acts as a temporary solution and investigating the cause of the injury is the key to reducing further risk of injury, improving health and optimising performance.
