There are various diagnostic and treatment options for you if you are experiencing balance issues.

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves breathing in an oxygen-rich environment inside a pressurised chamber, which increases the amount of oxygen your blood can carry to tissues. This is thought to support the body's natural repair processes, particularly in areas affected by inflammation, the invisible swelling inside muscles, joints and tissue that often lingers long after visible bruising or swelling has gone down, and can slow recovery from injury.

  • An initial assessment at Sigma Physiotherapy costs £115 and typically lasts 45–60 minutes. This includes a full discussion of your symptoms and medical history, a physical assessment, and the start of a personalised treatment plan.

Follow-up sessions cost £79 and typically last 30–45 minutes.

There are no hidden fees. You only pay for the sessions you attend, and you are never pressured into booking a course of treatment upfront.

No GP referral is needed to book.

  • Booking is straightforward — you can book directly without a GP referral. There are three ways to get in touch:
