Calling all swimmers

Swimmers on average swim 60000m per week. 8-10 strokes per length. Putting an extreme amount of pressure on the shoulder joints.

Imagine if you didn’t know that your technique isn’t as good as it should be. You’ll be training poor movement patterns, potentially overloading tissues. The same can be said for any sports.

Unfortunately, pools are closed and like many other swimmers I’ll be looking for different ways to maintain fitness and strength without the amazing pools and gyms we took for granted pre-COVID-19.
